I have to say this was one of my favorite shoots. Whitney was a mama who actually found me on social media, without being referred by one of my other clients. I think the fact that my aesthetic matched her vision made us kindred souls to begin with. By the time we actually met in person, we were already so excited to meet each other.

Let me say, rain and wind with your baby is tough. And when I say your baby, I mean my baby--my camera. I'm not funny, I know. But honestly, it was quite an experience. I'm so glad this family was willing though, because these shots were one-of-a-kind. I absolutely loved the falling rain caught in action.

I find that so many women are uncomfortable to show their bump off, let alone shimmy it around in a bikini. And rightfully so, your body feels like it's been taken over by someone else. My favorite quote was Rachel from friends:
Joey: "How does it feel?"
Rachel: "It feels like I ate a meatball sub and that meatball sub is kicking me."
